Small PIM

Power Integrated Modules (PIMs) integrate a three-phase inverter circuit, a diode bridge circuit, and a brake circuit into a single package, enabling compact design of the main power circuit.
To meet diverse application needs, two types of control terminal configurations are available: solder pins for PCB soldering and press-fit pins for insertion-based connections.
These products are suitable for applications such as inverters and UPS systems. Depending on equipment capacity, two series are available: Small PIMs for low-capacity applications and PIMs for medium-capacity applications. This section provides product information on Small PIMs.
