IGBT Module PIM
The PIM (Power Integrated Module) is a product that integrates a 3-phase inverter circuit, a diode bridge circuit, and a braking circuit into a single module, making it possible to create a compact design for the main circuit.
There are two main types of PIM depending on the motor capacity, namely the compact and lightweight Small PIM and the EconoPIM™.
We have prepared a product lineup to meet various requirements for the module terminal and printed circuit board connections, including the two types of soldered and solderless, and also products with different main terminal arrangements.
