Standard Specifications Three-phase 400V
Basic type(Three-phase 400V)
-
Note 1
-
The standard applicable motor refers to the 4-pole standard motor from Fuji Electric.
During selection, the standard should not be based on kW,
but rather on the inverter’s rated output current being greater than or equal to the motor’s rated current.
-
Note 2
-
The rated capacity is calculated based on an output rated voltage of 440V.
-
Note 3
-
The output voltage must not exceed the power supply voltage.
-
Note 4
-
If the carrier frequency (function code F26) setting exceeds the following values, the frequency must be reduced:
ND specifications: All models 4kHz
If the ambient temperature exceeds 40°C, the rated current must be reduced by 2%/℃.
HND specifications: FRN0009F3S-4C: 8kHz, FRN0013–0059F3S-4C: 10kHz, FRN0072F3S-4C: 6kHz
-
Note 5
-
This value represents the power supply capacity of 500kVA (for inverters with capacities of 50kVA or above, the inverter capacity is more than 10 times greater).
It is a calculated value when the power supply is connected at 5% phase variation.
-
Note 6
-
This value refers to the situation with a DC reactor (DCR) installed.
-
Note 7
-
This value shows the average braking torque for a single motor (varies with motor efficiency).
-
Note 8
-
Phase imbalance rate [%] = (Maximum Voltage [V] - Minimum Voltage [V]) / 3-Phase Average Voltage [V] × 67 (Reference: IEC/EN 61800-3).
A balance rate of 2–3% requires the use of an AC reactor (ACR: optional).
-
Note 9
-
Electrical equipment dust and water resistance standards as specified in IEC 60529.
The two digits (The first and second characteristic digits) following the abbreviation IP (International Protection) represent the protection rating of the product’s
enclosure, indicating its resistance to the ingress of solids and water into the interior.
