Small IPM
IPM内置有包含IGBT驱动电路和保护电路的控制IC，因而容易设计外围电路，从而能够确保系统的高可靠性。
适用于AC伺服系统、空调机、升降机等。
包括将15A～30A/600V系列化的Small IPM、和包括400A/600V,200A/1200V容量的IPM。
内置有过电流保护、短路保护、控制电源欠电压保护、过热保护，可输出警报信号。
