PLC Easy Replacement Support Tool

We effectively utilize customer assets to easily and speedily replace equipment that requires partial modification or functional expansion due to long-term operation.

The NP8REFS renewal tool series significantly reduces wiring labor hours when upgrading PLCs (from the MICREX-F series to the MICREX-SX series).

    The renewal tool reduces the labor involved in changing terminal blocks.

  • Speedy on-site board modification
    The renewal tool frame has the same mounting dimensions as MICREX-F series base plates! Therefore, it can be installed in the same location as the existing PLC and does not require any extra construction work such as on-site drilling.

  • SX series installed in front
    Since the SX series is installed in front of the renewal tool, it can be easily replaced in case of malfunction and checked using the status indicator LEDs to ensure excellent maintainability.
