CDP Training
We have prepared more than 200 of our own courses in such fields as information, measurement and electrical machinery, and we are encouraging our employees to acquire a wide variety of skills and expertise. We have also developed our own courses to facilitate obtaining national qualifications such as licensed electrician and electrical work construction management engineer. In addition, we also have specialized training initiatives such as human resources and management skills training.

CE technology qualification
Our customer engineer (CE) department has been operating as an in-company test system to objectively evaluate the maintenance technology that provides maximum satisfaction to our customers as well as the consulting capabilities necessary to prepare maintenance proposals. We are working to improve the technical capabilities of our CEs and the services that they provide.
e-Learning
We have been using an intranet environment to implement technician training, and have introduced teaching methods that are not bound to any course level, training time or location.
Open product training
From daily maintenance inspections to matters related to managing the operating maintenance of the equipment, we have been expanding our training curriculum to enable our employees to acquire the technical expertise to deal with any and all consulting requests.
