(There is a possibility that sensors cannot be mounted because the target object needs to be stationary for the measurement.) -

(The local surface resistance is measured according to the assumed upper limit of humidity.) -
Deterioration cause factors cannot be determined only from the results of this test.
(Each degree of influence of contamination and base deterioration can be evaluated. Inquire separately about the cause of the deterioration.)
