
A certified IMO-compliant analyser
S-K7 is an integrated modular analysis system suitable for on-board continuous emission monitoring. It is fully IMO compliant*; it has been certified according to RINA Rules, Pt. C, Ch 3, Sec 6; Lloyd’s Register Test Spec. 1; DNV Standard for Certification 2.4; and ClassNK.

Easy to maintain and calibrate
The specific engineering of S-K7 makes it able to withstand even the toughest marine environment. On-board maintenance and calibration are easy—even for unskilled crew members—making it possible to save on training costs and time. All calibrations are automatic: zero calibration is done once a day, and span calibration is carried out every two months. Thus, with simplified installation, hands-free calibration and a longer maintenance cycle, S-K7 ensures stable, efficient performance.
Additionally, the Spare Parts Management Program (SPMP) ensures traceability and availability of every component on the ship’s course, leading to further cost savings. Parts can be replaced easily without requiring complicated procedures.

A smart hub for monitoring and analysis
Able to analyse up to seven different substances, S-K7 comes in seven types: Easy-S, Lite-S, Easy, Easy-N, Lite-N, Lite and Full. It can be fully tailored to shipowners’ requests, with a focus on CapEx and OpEx balance to increase fuel economy while minimizing costs and air pollution.
The full version of S-K7 can monitor and analyse NOx, CO2, SO2, CO and HC. Options to analyse O2 and particulate matter are also available. Please refer to the table above to determine which version suits your needs.

With complementary equipment for increased efficiency
S-K7 can be integrated with the following recommended companions for ship efficiency:

On-board testing on M/V JOLLY DIAMANTE
In 2016, S-K7 was installed on M/V JOLLY DIAMANTE, a Ro-Ro cargo ship. This was part of a test by Tecnova HT, a Fuji Electric partner. Results showed extremely stable measurements and overall performance after three weeks of sailing. Ignazio Messina & C. SpA, the ship’s Italian operator, expressed its support for the use of S-K7.

The use of continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) is an IMO-prescribed means of demonstrating compliance with emission regulations. From Fuji Electric comes S-Keeper 7 (S-K7), a state-of-the-art integrated modular analysis system for on-board continuous emissions monitoring. Easy to maintain and calibrate, S-K7 can monitor and analyse up to seven different substances, is fully IMO-compliant and has been certified by four classification societies.
