Upgrading the MICREX-SX Series SPH Programming Support Tool

Supported Model transition function for SPH3000CE (Model: NP1PU-048CE). It can migrate SPH3000CE to SPH3300-048EN. (SPH3000CE is non-standard product that does not appear on the catalog.

SPH5000M (Soft version V30 or later version) has been applicable to IO master module (I/O expansion). (Soft version V30 is planned to be released in March 2026.)

Fixed so that Password-protected projects in older versions (V3.6 series) not to be opened in V3.7 because they are not subject to correct automatic conversion. (Password-protected projects saved in V3.6 series must be opened in V3.7 or later after removing the password in V3.6 series.)

Fixed so that the project cannot be saved if a project with the same name exists in the same folder when saving a project in the old version (V3.6 series) format.

New features and improvements have been added to the Text Code Worksheet.

In the "Remove unreferenced variables and FB instances" command, %M address is added to "Don't remove variables located as '%I' or Q' address" option.

Supported simulation task.

Added the Backup/Restore feature of controller values which are defined in Variable Worksheet to a CSV file.

The message displayed when opening a project created on OS other than the one running Expert has been changed.

Fixed so that the timestamp of the project file (*.mwt) is not updated if the project is closed without any changes.

Improved the variable property/comment property screen so that it is displayed in the same position as the last time it was displayed.

Improved the address sorting function on the variable worksheet so that it sorts in address order.

We have changed the specifications so that, after switching the online monitor on or off, button operations cannot be performed for 2 seconds immediately following the switch.

Fixed so that the file name and path lengths are checked when changing the project name before migrating models.

Fixed a bug in the compiler

• We have fixed an issue where, after migrating a multi-CPU configuration project from SPH3000 to SPH3300 and performing optimized compilation, accessing the non-retentive or retentive multi-CPU memory of the other CPU using BOOL variables within structure members, in some cases, cause a data abort error.

• Fixed a bug that a compilation error occurred when addressing a variable in the memory area (network management information area) for the built-in FL-net compliant LAN of the SPH5000H.

Fixed a bug in the SX control utility

• Fixed the bug that a "parameter error" occurred, causing the transfer to end or the SX control utility to be forcibly terminated when transferring backup data for the SPH2000 series to a PLC.

• Fixed the bug that a “undefined command error” occurred, failing to back-up when transferring the data of SPH2200-048RN (NP1PM-048RN) to a PLC.

• Fixed the bug that fails to backup and restore SPH3000D-048EZM (NP1PU-048EZM).

Fixed a bug in the Model transition function

• Fixed the bug that the model transition cannot be executed when the Resource name of Project tree and System definition are different in uppercase and lowercase.

Fixed a bug in the system definition.

• Fixed the bug that the fail-soft setting would automatically be set even if the fail-soft setting was canceled if a remote master module is registered under NP1L-RU1H in SPH5000H.

• Fixed the bug that cannot export system definition including remote master if module redundancy or multi-CPU configuration is used.

There is no change in the product model (NP4H-SEDBV3) or medium (CD-R).
