March 27, 2014, Tokyo - Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. (TSE:6504) announced its unofficial decision today to change the Company's representative directors at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on March 27, 2014. Brief details are as follows:

Hisao Shigekane is scheduled to resign from the position of Executive Vice President and Elected Corporate Director effective March 31, 2014.
II. Scheduled Date of Change
The change in representative directors shall be officially ratified by the Board of Directors at a meeting to be held following the Company's Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2014.
III. Reasons for the Change
In order to adopt a structure change in the Board of Directors.
