We will change package marking specification in order to improve lot traceability of Power MOSFET and Diode TO Package products.
Amusement application products which special management is made of marking specifications are not subject to this specification change.

Conventional specifications: Displayed with two digits (YM) Year / Month
　↓
After change specification: Displayed with five digits (YMNNN) Year / Month + 3 digit serial number
(2) Maker logo change

Changed schedule

Sequence switching schedule from April 2010
We would appreciate your understanding with regards to the switchover because depending on product inventory, some older and newer specification products may be shipped one after another.
