Construct flexible and optimal systems to meet a variety of requirements

Flexible system construction from small- to -large scale is enabled by compatibility with standalone configurations, client server configurations, and centralized configurations. This flexibility makes it possible to introduce MICREX-VieW FOCUS at an optimal scale for the plant. It facilitates systems update and expansion while making effective use of existing assets.

Various remote monitoring features
  • Mobile access
    Monitoring and control can be performed with tablet devices.

  • Remote access
    Allows remote access from a variety of lines, including public lines, IP-VPN lines, and LTE lines. Enables easy construction of remote monitoring and operation systems.

Linkage with various packages

Various options are available, such as a MES manufacturing solution system, equipment maintenance management system, performance data collection and accumulation system, and batch system. By linking with FOCUS, it covers a wide range of ERP/MES areas. It can also link with other company systems.

HMI configuration types
Standalone (small-scale)

Server functions and client functions are available with one HMI station.

Standalone parallel redundancy(small-to-medium scale)

Plant operation can be continued even in the event of a hardware failure by installing two to six HMI stations in parallel.

Server/client configuration (medium-scale)

Up to 20 clients can be added by sharing the server (redundancy also possible) and client functions.

Supervisory configuration (large-scale)

FOCUS systems for each of the lines can be connected over an information LAN and overall monitoring be performed at the supervising HMI station.

In addition to special-purpose controllers from previous and latest series products, new and legacy-type programmable logic controllers (PLC) are also supported.
