Berdasarkan peruntukan Akta Promosi Penyertaan dan Kemajuan Wanita di Tempat Kerja (Akta No. 64 Tahun 2015), angka ini dikira sebagai nisbah purata gaji tahunan wanita kepada purata gaji tahunan lelaki untuk semua pekerja, pekerja sepenuh masa, dan pekerja sambilan/pekerja tetap. Jurang gaji antara lelaki dan wanita timbul daripada perbezaan dalam komposisi tenaga kerja, dan sistem layanan kakitangan kami direka bentuk untuk sama rata dan dikendalikan secara sama rata, tanpa mengira jantina. Kami sedang berusaha untuk mengurangkan jurang gaji melalui usaha kami untuk menggalakkan penyertaan dan kemajuan wanita.
