When the network table content is changed, the network table itself can now be independently transmitted using the editor. Previously, the entire screen data had to be transmitted. This improvement greatly reduces transmission time.
(c)Support for RS-422 port on Mitsubishi Q-series CPU Units
Support for RS-232C-to-RS-422 conversion cables allows RS-422 to be selected when connecting to the port of a Mitsubishi Q-series (QnH (Q) Series) CPU Unit.

The number of retries, which was formerly fixed at three, can now be set to any desired number.

In the CVFD macro, when real numbers (floating points) are converted to decimals, until now the last decimal point has been determined by simply rounding off to the nearest unit. A new function has been added that also allows any fraction to be counted as one, or omitted entirely.

We corrected the problem that was preventing the sampling and recipe functions of UG30-series PODs from accessing CSV files on CF cards.

(a) Direct data transfer between external devices using macro commands BMOV, CVMOV
Whereas data previously had to be sent first to internal memory in order to transfer it between external devices (PLCs, temperature controllers, and memory cards), it can now be transferred directly.
(b) UG-Link local station nodes increased
The number of local station nodes that can be set has been increased from the previous 1 to 31 to 1 to 254. Local station nodes can now also be set using the POD local window.
(c)Password protection for transferring screen data to a CF card
A password can be set for transferring screen data from the POD to a CF (Compact Flash) card.
(d)Screen switching method revised for local window expansion function setting
The expansion function setting window of the local window is switched to set the modem baud rate for remote maintenance. The method for switching this window has been revised.
Before revision: Switching was done using the Editor:MJ1 switch of the local main window.
After revision: Switching is done by simultaneously pressing function switch F5 and the Editor:MJ1 switch of the local main window.
(e)Alarm sample setting item added
A setting item that prevents the alarm from being cancelled while it is being generated has been added to the Environment Setting tab of the Unit Settings.
(f)LG company name revised
The LG company name has been changed to LS.
(g)MICREX-SX series 24-bit address supported
The address capability has been expanded to support 24-bit addresses when MICREX-SX is selected for the simulator.

4. Compatibility with Conventional Products
Compatibility of screen data is shown below.

Screen data incorporating any functions of the new version cannot be used by earlier versions of the screen programming software.
5. Upgrade Procedure
(1) Create a new folder in any location of the PC's hard disk.
(2) Download the V3.2.32.0 update file (UGUpdate_e V3.2.32.0.exe) to the new folder.
(3) Double-click the update file (self-extracting compressed file).
(4) Files are extracted in the folder.
(5) Among the extracted files, double-click the setup.exe in the "UGUpdate_e" folder.
(6) Install the software according to the installer's instructions.
(7) When the installation procedure is completed, activate UG00S and make sure the version number has been updated to V3.2.32.0 using the Help menu. If V3.2.32.0 is displayed, installation has completed successfully.
6. Notes on Upgrade
(1) Install the update file to the PC in which UG00S-3W/3 WE/CW is installed.
(2) The update file can be used only when the version of UG00S-3W/3 WE/CW already installed is V2.0.0.0 or later.
(3) If the size of the update file differs from that of the downloaded file, discard the file and download it again.
(4) The update file does not include Gothic font files, 3D Parts files, and English Gothic and Times font files. If you are using UG00S-3W/3WE (V2.3 or earlier), you need to download and install Gothic font files and 3D Parts file in addition to the update file. (If you are using UG00S-CW, you can skip this procedure.)
(5) The update file includes the main program and I/F drivers for PLC.
