Compliance Initiatives
Compliance Education
In addition to an annual e-learning program for all Group employees, we also incorporate compliance education into new employee training and level-based training to further enhance compliance awareness. We also promote compliance education in other ways, such as through posters displayed in the company and the posting of compliance material on our intranet.
Whistleblower System (E&C Helpline)
At the FEEC Group, we have introduced a whistleblower system (E&C Helpline) to prevent and quickly discover any internal violations of laws, regulations, or rules. We have set up an internal whistleblower hotline and an independent external hotline, and created a system to ensure appropriate response to any reports from Group officers, employees, or business partners. In this way, we are making every effort to ensure the effectiveness of our legal compliance. Whistleblowers will not be treated unfairly, suffer retribution, or be discriminated against due to their submission of a report, and whistleblowers will remain anonymous.
Prevention of Corruption
At the Fuji Electric E&C Group, we have formulated the Fuji Electric E&C Group Code of Conduct, which describes our commitment to complying with laws, regulations, and social norms, and engaging in fair transactions. Moreover, to further promote these initiatives and ensure thorough compliance, we have formulated policies on the prohibition of various types of corruption and misconduct, be it the bribery of public servants, facilitation payments, provision of unfair profits, or conflicts of interest. In doing so, we ensure fair and highly transparent corporate activities in line with corporate ethics.
Risk Management
Based on our Risk Management Regulations, we recognize and assess the various risks that could have an impact on management and appropriately manage and respond to these risks. Moreover, by preventing the occurrence of any crises and reducing potential losses, we strive to maximize corporate value and minimize the impact of any losses.

Response to Natural Disasters and Accidents (BCP Initiatives)
Based on our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Regulations, we are formulating company-wide business continuity plans to ensure we can restart and continue with important businesses within the necessary timeframe in the event of an unforeseen occurrence, such as a large-scale natural disaster or accident. In addition to offering education and training based on these business continuity plans, we also regularly assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of these plans and their management systems. In this way, we are working to reinforce our business continuity capabilities.
