Maximizing value through reform and growth and contributing
to the realization of a sustainable society
The Fuji Electric E&C (“FEEC”) Group celebrated its 100th anniversary in October 2023. Following the integration of three companies in 2009, this was a new beginning for the FEEC Group as a manufacturer-affiliated general facilities company in electricity, air conditioning, and construction ahead of the next 100 years. Since our establishment, based on our management policy, we have provided safety and security to society using our reliable technological capabilities, contributed to society through our infrastructure-supporting installation work and environmental businesses, and sincerely worked to build strong relationships of trust with our various stakeholders. These approaches and actions are of the utmost importance to us. We believe that the initiatives we engage in to continue to fulfill these tasks will contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and help tackle other serious global challenges.
Moving forward, at the FEEC Group we will focus further on ESG management to ensure we can respond to society’s demands on various issues. Through highly sustainable business management centered on ESG activities, we will strive for continuous corporate growth and improvement of our corporate value. To date, alongside the formulation of Value-Creation Process as a platform for our ESG management, we have also identified eight Material Issues to help us achieve medium-to long-term growth through our businesses and reinforce our initiatives aimed at cutting greenhouse gas emissions and promoting renewable energy, for example. We have also formulated specific medium-term targets for 2030 to help us achieve these Material Issues. Looking ahead, while strengthening and accelerating initiatives related to these Material Issues, we will aim to reform awareness among all Group employees to ensure that an ESG-focused mindset is at the center of our management activities.
As we continue to see huge change throughout the world, at the FEEC Group we will make every effort to respond to the needs of society and the expectations of our stakeholders through continuous reform and growth. To do so, we will further reinforce our ESG initiatives and do everything we can to contribute to the achievement of a sustainable society.
