  2Digit(YM): Indicated of year and monthcode
  New specification of date codfe & lot number marking:
  5Digit(YMNNN): Indicated of year,month code and serial number.

  2-2) Change the Trademark

3) Schedule
Production by new specification will start from 2010/Apr.
New and old specification may be shipped disorder by condition of stack..

There are no change for maximum ratings, characteristics, reliability, outline or etc.
