We would like to inform you that the Fuji Electric FA website has upgraded the software Standard of our programming support tool.

Upgrade service details

This new service gives registered users of Standard direct access to the latest version of the software through the upgrade feature on the Fuji Electric FA website.
Users can download the most recent version of the software from the website at their convenience.

Name of the upgrade file for SX-Programmer: StandardUpdateV301622.exe

Main changes in the latest version: V3.0.16.22 (July 2017)

(1) Improvement of function

The following functions are added, and have been improved.

  • In printing, improve to change the printing position and content of header / footer.

  • In printing, improve to save the detail setting of printing item.

  • In the program import, added the mode to import without the circuit comments. And, improve to import with the setting of local device.

  • In the program convert, improve to display the use word size of the user FB and system FB in result window.

  • Added the option which minimizes the project file size when saving the project.

  • Expand the number of characters of 1 line of the circuit comment to 100 characters from 80 characters.

  • Added the motion function blocks for SPH3000D.

(2) Problem correction

  • In ladder printing, correct the problem that the FB name isn't printed 2 lines when setting the tag number of lines in 2 lines.

  • In SPH3000D, correct the problem that the timer current value does not change form [0].

  • In SPH3000MM and SPH3000D, correct the problem that the error occur when download to simulator.

  • This version is supported for Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10.

Upgrading procedure

  1. 1.

    Create a new folder on the computer's hard disk.

  2. 2.

    Download the V3.0.16.22 upgrade file (StandardUpdateV301622.exe) to the new folder.

  3. 3.

    Extract the downloaded file. (The upgrade is a self-extracting file.)

  4. 4.

    The file will be extracted to the same folder.

  5. 5.

    Double click the extracted Setup.exe file.

  6. 6.

    Follow the prompts from the installer program to upgrade the software.

  7. 7.

    Standard will start up when the installation is completed. Check Info from the Help menu to make sure the version number is V3.0.16.22

NOTE
To use on Windows Vista, Windows7 and Windows8, administrator's right is necessary for the installation.
Install the program according to the procedure below.
Select "Setup.exe" in the Explorer window after extracting the update file, and right-click this.
Select "As the administrator" from the right-clicking menu.
Following the instructions from the installer to install the program.

Upgrading precautions

  1. 1.

    Make sure that NP4H-SWN/Standard is already installed on the computer prior to upgrading the software.

  2. 2.

    Do not begin the installation if the upgrade file is not exactly the same size as the file that was downloaded.
    If they are not the same size, throw all of them into the trash and download the upgrade file again.

  3. 3.

    Be sure to quit all programs that are currently running (e.g., Standard or message manager) prior to the installation.

  4. 4.

    If the installation fails due to an error, try to install the software again. If the installation fails again, re-install the previous version of Standard from the setup CD and then try to install the upgrade software again.
