	Please be advised that a mandatory electrical equipment inspection will be conducted on October 8 (Monday, a Japanese national holiday), from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As a result, operation of the server for Type and Data Sheet searches, Semiconductor PDF Data Sheets, and ECALS Dictionary Data Sheets will be interrupted during that time. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
