“Twist rack” dispensing mechanism for glass front vending machines

Fuji Electric has developed a “twist rack” drink dispensing mechanism for glass front vending machines by drawing on our extensive mechatronics and simulation technologies.

Product appeal has been improved by exhibiting products upright, and maximum storage capacity has been increased (1.5 times more capacity than previous machine). Moreover, we have developed a new tilted dispensing mechanism different from the previous spiral rack to reduce the product conveyance route (reduced machine size).

What’s more, optimizing the shape of the dispensing section and eliminating attachments for each product have now made it possible to sell a wide range of products from small cans to PET bottles with existing specifications, offering improved versatility and simpler operation.
