induction heating (IH) has been developed and deployed for internal manufacturing equipment such as heat treatment and bonding. IH technology has been established using electromagnetic field and thermo-fluid simulation to heat non-magnetic materials such as copper and aluminum with high efficiency, at high speed, and with high accuracy.

This technology allows us to reduce CO2 emissions by 50%, achieve a 60% reduction in size, and save 54% more energy than either of the previous gas burner heating or electric furnace methods. Furthermore, product quality and productivity have been improved through this superior temperature control.
