Fuji Electric Group Representative Directors to Be Changed on April 1, 2010

Fuji Electric Holdings Co., Ltd. announces that its Board of Directors has resolved at a meeting today to make changes to representative directors of its core operating companies, namely Fuji Electric Device Technology Co., Ltd., and Fuji Electric Retail Systems Co., Ltd.

New president and representative director:
Atsushi Asamura (currently executive vice president)

Outgoing president and representative director:
Haruo Ito (scheduled to assume the position of senior advisor to the Board at Fuji Electric Holdings Co., Ltd.)

New president and representative director:
Hidehiko Asahi (currently executive vice president)

Outgoing president and representative director:
Hiroshi Nishigaki (position of full-time director at Fuji Electric Holdings Co., Ltd. will continue)
